Welcome to Daily Holes (accessible at daily-holes.com). By accessing our website, loading the game in your browser, or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Description of the Game Service

Daily Holes is a web-based daily golf simulation arcade game offering:

  • A new, daily 9-hole golf challenge generated by a fair deterministic random seed.
  • Real-time 2D physics simulation of ball trajectory, club selection, surface friction, wind resistance, and hazard interactions.
  • Global and competitive leaderboards, streak tracking, and player statistics.
  • Additional practice modes such as the Target Range.

We reserve the right to update, modify, expand, or occasionally discontinue specific course layouts or gameplay mechanics to maintain a balanced, competitive environment for all players.

User Accounts and Guest Access

You can play Daily Holes as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to register an account:

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@daily-holes.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

Guest players acknowledge that clearing browser cache or cookies will reset locally stored unsubmitted cards, personal bests, and daily streaks.

Fair Play and Anti-Cheat Policy

To maintain honest, competitive sportsmanship across all global leaderboards, you agree not to:

  1. Manipulate Physics or Telemetry — Inject memory cheats, manipulate client-side JavaScript execution, modify timing meters, or falsify ball coordinates.
  2. Automate Gameplay — Use automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, or third-party macros to execute shots or submit scorecards.
  3. Exploit Bugs — Intentionally exploit software defects or collision clipping to attain illegitimate scores. Any discovered bugs should be reported responsibly to our support team.
  4. Harass Other Players — Use offensive, defamatory, or abusive player handles on public leaderboards.

We reserve the right to disqualify, audit, or permanently remove any scorecard or ban any account that violates this Fair Play policy.

Digital Purchases and Supporter Passes

Daily Holes offers optional digital purchases (such as supporter passes, ad-free rounds, or cosmetic unlocks):

  • Payments are processed securely via certified third-party billing providers (e.g., Stripe, Creem).
  • Digital purchases are granted immediately upon successful authorization.

Intellectual Property Rights

All game source code, visual canvas assets, course layouts, physics algorithms, branding, logos, graphics, and text on daily-holes.com are the intellectual property of Daily Holes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may share screenshots, game highlights, and score summaries for non-commercial personal use or social sharing, provided you preserve original branding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Holes, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the game platform.
  • Unscheduled server downtime, network latency, or loss of game progress due to local device disconnection.
  • Actions or conduct of third parties on the platform.

The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

Termination
